Registration Policy (Registration Opens 14 February 2018)
Authors/Presenters
01 It is expected that at least one author attends the meeting to present the accepted abstract.
02 At the time of registration, the IDs of the abstracts to be presented must be provided.
Otherwise, the abstract is considered NOT registered and risks being withdrawn.
03 Each registration fee covers ONE presentation only.
04 Registration confirmation is subject to payment being received.
Once payment is received, the transaction records can be viewed / printed online.
05 Student Registration Requires Identification. You will be required to upload a scanned
copy of your student proof at the end of the registration process.

Acceptable documents for student proof are :
A. Your matriculation card with clear indication of the expiry date.
B. A status proof letter endorsed by your school, which should show the following
Information:
  • · Student name
  • · Student matriculation number (student ID)
  • · Expiry date
  • · University name
Cancellation/ Withdrawal Policy
· Is applicable to any purchases, including field trips, tours, conference registration,
optional items, etc.
· There will be no refund for cancellation/withdrawal received after 31 May 2018.
· For cancellations before 31 May 2018, a $70 administrative fee applies.
